Is there a credit card required for the free tier?

No. The free tier is genuinely free — just email signup. 3 optimizations per month, full AI quality.

What happens if I hit the monthly cap?

You see a polite message + an upgrade link. We don't charge you, fail open, or downgrade quality.

Can I cancel Pro anytime?

Yes — one click in the Stripe customer portal. We also do 14-day no-questions refunds.

Why is it cheaper than eRank or Marmalead?

Because we're new and AI is cheap to run at scale. The incumbents priced for the keyword-database era. We don't have their cost structure.

Does it work with Shopify or Amazon FBA?

Not yet — Etsy only. If you want Shopify or Amazon support, email hello@handmaderank.com and we'll move it up the queue.

Do you train AI on my listings?

No. We send your listing's PUBLIC data to Claude (Anthropic), get the optimization back, return it to you. Nothing is stored except usage counters for billing.
